What are your store hours?
Most Waterbeds 'n' Stuff locations are open Monday-Thursday 10 AM-9 PM, Friday-Saturday 10 AM-9:30 PM, and Sunday 12-7 PM. Chillicothe and OSU Campus close at 6 PM on Sundays, and the Grove City Outlet is open Mon-Fri 9 AM-5 PM and Sat 10 AM-3 PM.
How old do I have to be to shop?
Shoppers of all ages are welcome, however, you must be 18 or 21 years of age to purchase certain products, depending on state and county laws. A valid government‑issued photo ID is required at all 13 locations.
Do all locations carry the same products?
All standard smoke shop locations carry bongs, dab rigs, pipes, vaporizers, RAW papers, kratom, and novelty items. The Grove City location operates as a local (as fast as same-day pickup) online order retail and wholesale fulfillment center and furniture outlet with different inventory than the other stores.
Do you sell kratom, or mushroom edibles?
Yes. Most locations stock kratom and select mushroom‑inspired products. Availability varies by store, and we do not ship these items to states or counties where they are prohibited by law.
Can I return an item I bought in‑store?
Unused items in their original packaging can usually be returned or exchanged with a receipt at any Waterbeds 'n' Stuff location. Policies may vary slightly by product category, so call your local store if you have questions.
